My name is Arnold, and on November of 2024, my wife Laura went to the hospital because she was experiencing shortness of breath. The doctor on duty at Texsan Methodist ER diagnosed her with pneumonia and she was sent home that same night. One week later in November of 2024 my wife was having trouble breathing. She said she felt as if she was drowning, so I rushed her to Texsan Methodist ER once again, but this time she was diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure as fluid was backing up into her lungs. After doing several tests and an Echogram, my wife (Laura age 40) was admitted into ICU and the hospital cardiologist said that her heart is only functioning at about 30%. I recently had to take her to ER about 2 weeks ago (Mid May 2026) and her condtion hasn't improved. I am the only one that provides for our family (myself and my wife) as I care for her at home as she is a fall risk with her heart condition. I have not been working in the last 2 months because I got injured on the job, so as of now I'm on Worker's Comp, which isn't enough to cover, Rent, food, utilities and necessities..
