Earlier this week, our beloved son, brother, fiancé, and best friend, Ryland Knupp, suffered a life-altering workplace accident. He was airlifted to the hospital and is currently in the intensive care unit, fighting each day with incredible strength.

Ryland suffered multiple vertebrae fractures, resulting in severe spinal cord injury, along with brain trauma, brain hemorrhage, and numerous fractures throughout his body. His condition is still evolving, but he is currently paralyzed from the torso down. Despite his injuries, Tim displayed the courage, humor, and determination that are so characteristic of the man we love so deeply.

Ryland is more than just a patient in a hospital bed—he is a son who makes his parents proud every day, a brother who brings laughter and love to his family, a husband-to-be who dreams of a future with the love of his life, and a friend who gives his all to help others. He has always been one of the strongest and most generous people we know, and now he needs us to be strong for him.

We know this journey will be long, difficult, and full of uncertainty. The road ahead will include extensive rehabilitation, countless treatments, and significant adjustments to daily life. These challenges are exacerbated by the specialized equipment, necessary home modifications, daily living expenses, and the financial burden placed on Tim and his loved ones.

So, our family is reaching out to him for help. Ryland himself would never have sought help, but we know he deserves the chance for recovery and a meaningful quality of life. Every donation, regardless of size, will go directly toward:
