I am asking for help in raising attorney fees to fight in a court case to keep my youngest son who is only 4 safe. I am currently in a legal battle with my youngest’s son’s father, who I experienced a very mentally abusive relationship with. I have had sole custody for the last 3 years and now after safety concerns for my son after returning from visits I withheld visitation. My son will scream and cry and beg me not to go back to his dad’s house. It is heartbreaking every time and kills me to the core. His dad served me with custody papers trying to take away custody from me.  Per our state laws I have to follow guidelines and allow one visit a week. My son is in different therapies to help him cope and handle this as best as we can until we can get through court. I am fighting and doing everything I can do, but I need help. I’ve been quoted the same fee at every firm I’ve talked to because I’ve been told to prepare for a long difficult battle with many court hearings. If you could please help out in anyway possible it would mean everything to me and my son to be able to get the attorney who than can help me file the paperwork I need to keep him safe.
