I am starting a fundraiser for my parents Bonita and Dewayne. They have been married for almost forty years and last year we found out my dad had cardiopulmonary fibrosis of his lungs and this year we found out my mother has stage three small cell lung cancer and it has attached itself to her spine now. Even with the insurances that they have , they still have medical bills piling up because it does not pay for it all. I am the youngest out of the children , and the only one in the state of where we live. I am considering the option to quit my job and take them both to their weekly doctor's appointments and take care of the home and bills. I don't want to have to put them into a retirement home.Because they both are so full of life still and my mother is very active still. We are going to start radiation and chemo soon and I know that's whenever my mother is going to become weak and not be able to take care of herself in my father is disabled , so he can't take care of her. If you can find it in your heart to help out with any amount that would go towards bills and gas to get to appointments we would greatly appreciate it. And prayers are always welcome.
