My name is Stephanie I’m asking for help to be able to take time off work to have much needed surgery to repair bleeding in my stomach! I have been sick for about 3 years now and it’s time I do what’s I need to do for my health! It’s been hard to raise my 2 kids on my own but now taking time off work could completely break me!! Which is why I have put this surgery off for so long! But it has become to painful to put off any longer! If someone could please help me get better for me and my 2 kids being in all they have I’d be eternally grateful!!!
