Late in the evening on July 30th, 2024, an unexpected and fierce fire reduced this garage into nothing but a black abyss, a charred pile of debris and memories.

Danny was walking out to the garage to take a break from cleaning and noticed a pulsating orange glow when suddenly, he heard a weird popping noise in the garage. But no one was out there. When he opened the door, all he could see was a large flame and debris launching in every direction. He immediately ran back inside and urged Brittany to call 911, but before the firemen could even get there to put it out, the garage was engulfed in flames.

With all of their adrenaline rushing through their veins, Brittany anxiously spoke with the 911 operator and Ryan grabbed the dogs and got them out of the house safely. Simultaneously, Danny rushed downstairs in hopes of finding the spare key for the jeep to move it out of harms way. Unfortunately, both sets were nowhere to be found.

No one was hurt but everything that was stored in the garage was consumed by the flames and the jeep was totaled.

At least 90% of Ryan's life was stored in those rafters. Brittany and Danny had various pieces of art and projects, as well as tools and many other personal belongings that now seize to exist. Jeff wasn't home for the actual fire, but also lost a great deal, the most noticeable being his primary vehicle.

Any funding that they receive will be used towards rebuilding a new garage and replacing as many lost items as possible.
