Mom of 8, embarrassed and overwhelmed to say I need help with my electric bill ,it's also unfortunately due for shut off this week 

So many things causing stress ,3 weeks ago I had an emergency surgery to have my appendix out ,was home not long after the procedure was done 

At the 2 week follow up the surgeon told me they found a tumor on the appendix that it had been completely removed and I didn't have any need for any other testing but the worry has still been there the chance a tumor could could back , trying not to think about has been hard to do

Another thing our family vehicle our only vehicle is having problems it's a 1999 ,the brakes and rotors are bad ,plus we haven't had luck trying to find a third row seat for our van really need a seat for our van

I love my family so much I don't want to cry and have them see me worry
