My name is Deloris and I'm raising money to protect my daughter Nia. Nia is 12 years of age and have been her only caregiver for all of her life. I left her father in 2015 because of his physical, verbal and sexual abuse. I have a life time protective order out against him. From 2015 to 2022 her father had nothing to do with her, not a phone card, not a birthday gift, nothing, he abandoned her for 7 years. I had full legal and physical custody of her. In 2023 he came back around, the court is forcing her to visit with her dad. Her dad is verbally abusing her by calling her stupid and ignorant because she has dyslexia. This was proven in court by a police report submitted of a conversation that the police women had with my daughter while she was in his care. My daughter has also tried to run away from her dad by jumping out a moving car. This was reported by a different police office that responded to the incident. Her and her dad has gotten into physical fights. Still the district court do nothing. Dad girlfriend's daughter spanks my daughter, still the district court do nothing. My daughter has threaten suicide if she has to continue to see her dad. I need help to appeal the judges latest ruling that continues to force my daughter to be with her dad. I don't want to bury my daughter. The funds will be use for our appeal. I am in a fight for my daughter's life so any help you can give will be great appreciate it
