How secure is your data?
We work with Stripe to handle all payment data and fund transfers. Stripe is one of the leaders in online payment processing.
Stripe is certified with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS v3.2.1 compliance).
Give A Hand does not store any sensitive data.
Communication between Give A Hand and Stripe is secured by an SSL certificate.
What do we do with your card or banking information?
Your card data or bank information is never sent to Give A Hand instead the information is sent to Stripe directly and securely.
Your card data is not shared with the Give A Hand team. Once Stripe processes the payment, we only receive the last 4 digits of the payment card from them to help users identify the card used.
You can also choose to use Apple Pay or Google Pay if you don't want to use your card.
