My name is Johnathan and I’ve been diagnosed with ESRD (end-stage renal disease) which means I have stage 5 kidney disease. I recieved this diagnosis in the summer of 2025 and began dialysis in November of the same year. I’ve had to make certain adjustments in my career as well as my housing and transportation. I’ve recently reached the transplant list. I am preparing for the cross state commute and lodging requirements. This fundraiser is to ease the burden on my family and friends that are so gratefully offering assistance in helping with medication, transportation, and medical facilitiy visitation.
