Dear family, friends and supporters I am reaching out with a humble heart to ask for assistance during a season of unexpected hardship for medical diagnosis of CRPS, PHN, Psoriastic Arthritis, Sciatics and 2 knee replacements.  These Condition has created a significant financial strain on myself making it difficult to keep up with after many programs cut for treatment and management that I need for medical assistance  treatments, medication,  Dr. visit and related healthcare expenses at the same time of everyday living expenses, housing utility essential needs is challenging and overwhelmed.  I’m establishing this relief fund to help during this difficult time to allow me to heal and recover.  Any contribution regardless of the amount will provide meaningful support and help each burden I am currently facing if you are unable to donate your prayers encouragement and sharing of my story are equally appreciated.
