EspañolAs I have reached my BMI to be considered to be put on the heart transplant waiting list I still feel remain disabled because of my progressively worsening symptoms of the final stage of heart failure. The funds will be used for living expenses. There are falling behind Food and Care for my autistic son. I also need financial support traveling back-and-forth getting second and third opinions in Cleveland, Ohio.
