My name is Sarah Carlson, and I am currently living in Washington .

As you can see, I recently suffered a severe accident that left my left arm shattered and completely immobilized in a cast. Right now, even the most basic daily activities are a huge struggle, and the pain is constant. The worst part is that this injury is forcing me to be out of work for the coming months, causing me to lose my only source of income.
