I was in the ICCU for a week facing a number of serious health challenges, including Hypertension urgency, Acute respiratory failure with Hypoxia, Community acquired pneumonia, and a Rhinovirus infection. This unexpected hospital stay has turned my life upside down. Because of my condition, I have been unable to work, and since I am paid every two weeks, missing shifts means my next paycheck will be much smaller just a week worth of pay. We were getting by, but now this ICU stay is put us in a difficult financial situation. I'm hoping to go back to work by 6/10 if not it will be about the 18th which way too many days of pay to miss , especially since I been with my job 7months. Before this I've only called out twice. I've worked being sick and walked during snow to get to work. 

The funds raised here will go directly toward covering my rent, which I pay weekly or bi-weekly, as well as essential bills and groceries. Any help you can offer will be deeply appreciated and will help keep my loved ones safe and ensure we have a place to rest and recover.
