Last year my 12 year old son and I lost everything to COVID. It started with my job of over 15 years and just a few months later my loving, gentle, silly bestfriend/fiance and father of my only child passed away after a 17 day long battle with COVID in the ICU at St. Mary's Hospital. My son took his father's death extremely hard and I was unable to return to work for about a year. The gap in employment that resulted has made it virtually impossible for me to find work thus far. I am asking for your help so that I may continue to support my son and hold a memorial for his dad now that he has a reached a point in his emotional recovery that he would like to honor his father's life.
