The money will be used for medical expenses to have kidney surgery I have to have to be able to get back to work and provide for my family I'm newly married and my amazing wife take care of her 86 dad full time so can't work herself and I can't work until I have this surgery I would appreciate anything anybody can help with to help take care of medical expenses since I do not have medical insurance
