My name is Diane Payne, and after dedicating over 30 years of my life as a LVN , caring for countless patients with compassion and commitment, I now find myself in need of your support. I am reaching out with a humble heart to ask for help in funding critical dental care that has become essential due to health challenges beyond my control.

As a result of living with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), I have relied on long-term prednisone use to manage my condition. While this medication has been vital for my breathing, it has taken a devastating toll on my body. The prolonged use of prednisone has led to osteoporosis, which has severely weakened my bones, including my jaw, and caused significant damage to my teeth. After consultations with my dental specialists, I’ve been informed that all of my teeth must be removed and replaced with dental implants to restore my ability to eat, speak, and live comfortably.

This procedure is extensive and costly, with expenses for extractions, implants, and follow-up care estimated at $30,000-$50,000. As a retired nurse living on a fixed income, these costs are far beyond my means, and unfortunately, my insurance provides only limited coverage for such procedures. Without this treatment, I face ongoing pain, difficulty eating, and a significant decline in my quality of life.

Throughout my career, I poured my heart into helping others, often putting their needs before my own. Now, I’m asking for your generosity to help me regain my health and dignity.
