For the last several months, my son and I have been living in a single room while I worked hard to save enough money to finally get us into a place we can call home. I work full-time and have done everything I can to make this happen on my own. I was able to pay part of the move-in costs, but I’m still short on the remaining amount needed for the security deposit and move-in expenses.

Asking for help is one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do, but I’m doing it because I want to give my son the stability, privacy, and peace that every child deserves. This isn’t about avoiding responsibility—it’s about getting over one final hurdle so we can start a new chapter.
