This is Linda, my mother. I didn't want to show her in the state she was in out of respect for her.  She left this world to be with Jesus on July 1, 2026. She was very strong and fought to the end. The Thursday before she had a cardiac event that caused her to stop breathing.  She died in my son's arms. My son was so brave and took action and he began CPR while my stepfather called 911. My son got her back and she stopped breathing again.  He continued compressions until the paramedics arrived.  She went without oxygen to her brain for 20 minutes.  They revived her again and she was put on life support.  After 3 days of testing we were called in to make a decision to remove life support.  The damage to her brain was irreversible.  She would never wake up.  We took her off life support Monday morning and she passed yesterday.  She was disabled and on a fixed income.  My sister and I are trying to get donations for her funeral.  We're both single mothers with little income and no savings. We found a funeral home that really are helping us cutting costs but we only have half of what we need. We are trying to raise 3,000 dollars to cover the other half so that we can allow our mother to rest in peace.  The funeral home will be holding her in storage until we have the necessary funds. We have about 2 possibly 3 weeks to get $6,000. Anything would help us get closer to the goal of $3,000. I'm so grateful and thankful for any help.  This was so sudden and we were not prepared. She couldn't afford life insurance or burial insurance,  and we just really need a blessing.  Thank you so much.
