Hi my Name is Elizabeth Pacheco. I'm a starting this fundraiser to help a very close friend of mine Victoria lay her baby to rest. Baby Mili has struggled since birth with a Rare Syndrome called Jacob's syndrome. Since birth he has went through surgeries to receive a stint in his heart and other procedures.
