Having just received word from the thoracic surgeon’s office, the Pet scan results from 3 months ago,,combined with last week’s MRI result, I am needing surgery to remove a golf ball size mediastinal tumor located between my heart and my sternum. I have been told I will need to be off work 4-6 weeks. I live paycheck to paycheck (part time) and draw Social Security.  My biggest concern is being able to pay my mortgage and car payment, as well as utilities and monthly bills.

I am asking for help.
