Uptown Smokin’ Joe’s started with a love for great food and a dream of building something of our own. What began with serving our smoked favorites at pop-ups and events has grown into something we’re ready to take to the next level — our own food truck!

We are raising $15,000 to help cover the costs of getting our food truck fully equipped, licensed, stocked, and ready to serve our community. Donations will help us purchase essential cooking and food-service equipment, supplies and inventory, permits and licensing, food truck necessities, and other startup expenses needed to get us safely and legally on the road.

For us, this truck is more than just a vehicle. It’s an opportunity to turn the support we’ve already received into a sustainable small business, reach more customers, attend more events, and continue bringing people together through food.
