About this fundraiser

As a member of our White Sulphur Springs community, I recently learned about a local family of five who is going through an incredibly difficult time right now. When I heard their story, my heart just ached for them—and it also made me grateful for our community and what we can do together. I'm reaching out because I truly believe we can make a real difference in their lives, and I hope you'll join me.

This family is led by a single parent who works full-time, manages childcare costs, and gives everything they have to their four children every single day. This is someone who shows up with love and dedication, who makes time for their kids despite the exhaustion, and who never stops fighting to give them stability and care. When you meet someone like that, you want to help. You just do.

Right now, this family is struggling with the weight of expenses and most of all, keeping a roof overhead, keeping the house warm through the cold months, making sure the lights stay on. These basic needs have become overwhelming for them, and as the holidays approach, the strain is intensifying. It's heartbreaking to think about what they're facing.

I'm sharing this because this family belongs here in White Sulphur Springs. They're our neighbors. And there's something beautiful about a community that shows up for one another when things get hard. This isn't about a hand out—it's about recognizing that we're all connected, and right now, this family needs us.

If you're able to contribute financially, it would mean the world to them and help ease this burden during such a challenging season. Or if you could simply share this with others who might be able to help, that matters too. Every single bit of support helps this family stay in their home and keep moving forward.

Thank you for opening your heart to this. In a community like ours, we truly do take care of each other. This family needs our help right now, and together, I know we can make sure they have a safe, stable home as we head into the holidays.
