Our hearts are shattered as we mourn the loss of my sweet nephew, baby Zamire, who was only 2 months old. Even in his short time here, he had the brightest little spirit. He was a happy, playful baby — always smiling, always wiggling, always bringing joy to anyone who held him. He may have been tiny, but the love he gave and the light he carried were bigger than anything we could have imagined.

No family is ever prepared to say goodbye to a baby. This is a pain we never expected, and one we were not prepared for emotionally or financially. We want to honor Zamire’s joyful little soul with a peaceful, beautiful homegoing that reflects the love he brought into our lives from the moment he arrived.
