Hello, I pray this finds you well. I’m setting up this fundraiser for expenses for the cremation and celebration of life for my husband James Edward Gore. My name is Renee Gore. I lost my husband of 40 years June 8th 2026. He woke up that morning complaining that he couldn’t breathe. He collapsed in the bathroom and never regained consciousness. In just a few minutes he went into cardiac arrest. CPR was given until help could arrive. The medics and firefighters fought to keep him alive for over 30 minutes until anll efforts were exhausted and they made the decision to call his death. My world shattered. I was lost. My love of my life of 40 years was gone. My husband was my caregiver. I’ve had 10 back surgeries over the past decade. James took care of me from day one and never stopped giving his time into caring for me. He was not able to work because of the care I needed which was 24/7. James was also disabled. He had a neck Injury that required surgery. He was in pain while caring for me. He always put me first. James was always helping others. He was an honorable man who would stop for funerals and salute until the last car went by, even in the middle of a thunderstorm. He would stop and help anyone in need. 
 

These are the words from my sister. I’m trying to not cry as she is telling me we what to say. I’ve been strong for her until now.
