I recently lost my job unexpectedly after 10 years of employment. I am also the parent of a 5-year-old nonverbal autistic daughter who requires a great deal of care and attention. Despite these challenges, I am determined to build a better future for us by pursuing certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
I am looking for support and resources to help me stay financially stable while I complete my training and work toward this career goal. Any guidance, assistance, or opportunities that could help me keep my head above water during this transition would be greatly appreciated.
