There was an inspection done a year ago when it was purchased. It is in bad repair for this hardworking mom. She lived in a tiny house for 5 years to save for a down payment for her little home. If anyone can help. A contractor is needed as well. Please help if anyone can. She gets no food stamps and lost her Medicaid for her beautiful daughter! She is a warrior and a Strong faith that no matter what, God will provide. Thank you so much ahead of time For helping this single Mom and her daughter to have a safe place to live!
