After a battle with cancer, Billy Ratliff, Sr. unfortunately passed away recently on February 20th.
As his son, I have started a fundraiser to help cover the cost of his burial expenses. As we have discovered his burial insurance lapsed during his illness; during this difficult time, we are reaching out to loved ones for help.
