EspañolRichard Allen Franklin, 41, of Utica, NY passed away unexpectedly on September 18 leaving behind 4 daughters 1 son as well as 1 grandson. He is also survived but his mother, father, grandfather, aunt uncle and cousins. He was pre deceased by his Nana. Ricky as he was known by his family was unemployed and didn’t have life insurance so the family is looking for donations to get his ashes for his kids to give him a proper memorial.
