À propos de cette collecte de fonds

I'm shellee this is my story. In December I was diagnosed with chronic kidney disease it was due to my diabetes and hypertension. In 2019 I started taking care of my parents my father had a stroke and I moved in with them to help take care of him, and then in 2020 my mother had a stroke so I became the care provider for both of them as well as running my mother's business and taking care of my children. I wasn't so much taken care of myself and that's where all the problems started. In 2021 when my father passed away life also kicked in I won't go into that. Well in 2025 I've moved back to Georgia and I had a series of things to happen my doctor asked me to take my blood pressure I did it was 225 , she immediately sent me to the ER and with all the blood test they found out that I've been having hypertension for a while, with all the test they took they saw that also I was in stage 3B kidney failure.

From December to March I was seeing the kidney doctor and my kidneys were declining rapidly. We had to do several tests to find out why my kidneys were declining so rapidly. Well in order for them to do one of the tests, which was a kidney biopsy he thought it would be good for me to start dialysis just to make sure that I would have the best outcome from that procedure.

Since starting dialysis a month ago it has been very challenging to continue to work and keep up with day to day tasks. Because of this I have fell behind in my career of a hair stylist not being able to keep up was doing the normal workload and have fallen behind financially. Also my husband lost his job from working in Day Program for adults with intellectual disabilities. The program was closed. He has been painting and odd jobs which have been paying the bills but we have still fallen behind.

I am trying to raise money because it is so completely difficult to go through this and work and do all the things that I need to do even though I'm trying so very hard.

I'm asking you to donate whatever you can that will help me just to be able just to make it through.  Hopefully  I will not be on dialysis for a long time that's my prayer.

Thank you in advance for your love, prayers and help.
