I am seeking some treatment for a very uncomfortable injury in a very uncomfortable area of a mans body to talk about but an injury none the less. I would like to travel to Florida to the mayo clinic in Jacksonville to have a workup done with a 3d cat scan which would assess the depth of the injury and then allow me to fully understand the options ahead. This has been a very demoralizing and psychologically challenging issue along with the physical ramifications of injuring THAT body part. I am very grateful to have an opportunity to apply for funds and am thankful there is a group of people who might be willing to provide assistance Anything you are willing to contribute would be much appreciated.
