My daughter and grandchildren lost their Husband and Dad 8 months ago, 48 years old to a massive heart attack. Her in laws hold the deed to their home with a clause that it can't be sold to anyone but family. Phil and Wanda her in laws just informed her to pay 20,000 or get out !! My daughter is medically being treated for spinal cord injury, has a son in high school and has been struggling to find work, they live in a very small town. She has been between a rock and hard place mourning the loss of her husband of 27 years so suddenly and taking care of the bills and my grandson who's a senior in high school. What their doing to them is heartless and cruel, I can't fathom why they would do this to their late sons wife and grandchildren.  I'm begging for money, pro Bono legal help and prayers, ideas. I'm Nana & Mom, I'm 67 and still work as a CNA caring for the elderly in their greatest time of need. I've given everything I have to give.
