I just want to say what a mighty God we serve! I am a survivor an overcomer. It has been truly Grit to Grace. Which is what my book is called. 

This year has been a Lot of ups and down. I became a first time author, set backs with the business when I had employees that completely didn’t do a great job on work performe, had to hire someone else to come and redo work along with subs. I now have employees who are the best! Tried working with mortgage company by the time we got them to respond after waiting 3 months for a modification or what we thought they were doing a modificatio. We found out own home was in foreclosur. We also found out they balance compoundirg interest.. Everything was too far for us to pull it back. Get everything back on track. I am a small business and we took a major hit  and the company lost a lot of money which devastated the company we have put blood sweat and tears in. We were still able to maintain the business and employee. Now we are facing losing our home. 
 

we started this company as we realized the issues homeowners have with contractor And work performance. I too found issues with contractors on investment properties I restored and received historical plaque along with employees and their skills weren’t what they said. I was able to fix the problems that my employees installed incorrectly or completely wrong for clients and brought in a team that worked on my investment properties. We are steady in work, it’s just waiting on payments from completeted work. While we have also faced increase in fuel and our trucks are diesel for the company. Rising cost, truck breakdowns, and other factors for us here. 
 

I have always had challenges and been able to pull things back up, this time I don’t know how to get this back up to save my properties, we had to take from one to cover other things trying to stay afloat, floating money until payments came in. We are growing in the company just not as fast as we hoped To get back in track. We had to replace hvac system and repair another system. This year has been the most rewarding and challenging.
 

we are now trying to keep our family From losing a home that we bought right before I went through breast cancer. I have never done a fundraiser or ask for help but I have exhausted all the resources and option that I know of so if you could please help we are even try to sell everything we own to save our homes and businesse. But have not been successful with responses. if I have to sleep on the floor in an empty house I would rather have that then lose my home. I also have helped so many from being homeless and even taking them in my own home temporarily to help. Now I’m asking for help to continue to do what I know I’m supposed be doing helping homeowners. 

im Used to helping others I never thought I would be the one in need. Everything was all happening at once my book being published, speaking event (non paid), home show event, daughter moving out of state, both HvAc units breaking. somewhere it all fell apart quickly.

then it hit amother major setback with rework that was paid for in materials had to rebuy them again. Even though I was able to pull it back and have happy customers the amount that it cost to fix has been detrimental.

we also had one thing after another this year and just couldn’t pull it back before it became unmanageable
