Hello , i have 5 year old daughter who is currently battling CKD & Renal Failure. She in a stage 4 . we have to travel at least 2-3 times a week to NEW ORLEANS which is 4 ½ hours away from our home. The money will be used to covered our expenses which is gas , food, clothes, & etc as we travel back and fourth frequently.
