Luis and I have been best friends for 20 years, ever since we met in high school. He’s always been the kind of person who jumps into things with both feet, driven by his passion and a desire to bring people together. Nearly a year ago, Luis finally got the chance to pursue his lifelong dream of owning a restaurant and catering business. He dove in headfirst, but without much guidance or enough capital, he’s now facing some tough challenges.

Luis’s business is at a crossroads. He’s struggling to cover rent and food expenses, and the future of his restaurant is uncertain. Despite these obstacles, Luis’s commitment to his community and his love for cooking have never wavered.
