My mom, JoAn, is currently in end-of-life at-home hospice. This is a result of respiratory failure due to COVID. She was already immunocompromised because of her battle with lymphoma for almost 10 years now. Since December 1st (she tested positive for COVID on November 16th), she has been in and out of the hospital, so as a result, I had to also take in my totally disabled niece who requires total physical care. She has severe cerebral palsy and requires full care such as feeding, changing, transferring in and out of a wheelchair, etc. And between my mom's admissions to the hospital, she was fully dependent on me as well. I am a disabled Marine Corps Veteran myself and rely solely on my VA disability as income. I had used all my savings since this all started in order to make my small apartment accommodating for my mom and niece, and vacate my mom's apartment and relocate her household goods to my apartment.

I am just looking for assistance to help alleviate the financial stress that will come with the final arrangements. I am just looking for enough to help with a direct cremation to fulfill her final wishes.
