Years ago, in a previous marriage and during a season where I was making decisions based on the current situation, I chose to have my tubes tied. At the time, I truly believed my life was set on a path that would never include more children. I never imagined the life I have now—or the love and stability that would follow.
Today, I’m married to Ryan, an Army Veteran, a devoted father, and an incredible stepdad. Together, we’ve built a beautiful blended family filled with love, healing, and second chances. Our greatest dream is to add to that family—but a decision made in a very different chapter of my life stands in the way.
Tubal ligation reversal is our only path forward, and unfortunately, insurance does not cover the procedure. The cost is significant and entirely out of reach without help. This isn’t something we can “wait out” or work around—without this surgery, growing our family simply isn’t possible.
