This is mighty embarrassing for me to come to strangers for a handout,, but I don’t know what else to do.

We need to move out of our house, it’s over 120 years old and now we have black mold. 

Every single bill, gas, groceries has all gone up but our earnings have stayed the same.

I Know so many of us have been affected by this inflation, I hate asking.

I am a mom of three, I live with my husband and two younger kids who are teenagers. My oldest son is in the United States NAVY on base in Jacksonville. He’s a radiation health technician. I couldn’t be more proud of him.

My middle child is 15 and is literally the best guitar player I know. We got him one for Christmas when he was twelve and he hasn’t put it down since.

My youngest is 13 and she has the kindest heart. she’s an extremely talented artist and a sweetheart to anyone who needs a friend.

i am so proud of them and I am mad at myself for not being able to pull my shit together.

i am a recovering addict-alcoholc, but I have been sober since June 2017. Things I did back then are still affecting where I can work

My husband works at the paper mill, overtime always and we’re barely getting by.

He also had an ischemic stroke last August, he’s doing okay now, but that set us back, big time.
