Blaize 

Hello, my name is Alexis and I am asking for help for my fiancée Blaize. He is someone who has always been extremely independent and the person who always helps everyone else, even when he didn’t really have it. During a workers comp injury and all of the testing to figure out his injury they discovered a mass on his injury completely wrapped in his spine and nerves that they have not been able to diagnose, as well as MS. His Workers Comp case has ended but the mass on his spine and the MS has left him without most of the strength of his legs and arms or the full ability to function without some assistance. He is in constant pain while they are trying to figure out the spine mass and continue to diagnose the MS and figure out treatment. On top of all of this he is also a Type 1 diabetic and has been since he was a baby, so the loss of his job and income is effecting that. We are trying to figure out his options with disability but all of this is time consuming and we can’t make it without his income. We are asking for $5000 just trying to get us started in the process for social security disability. This would help make up for what he is missing from pay until then, hopefully helping us get by. If you see it in your heart to help us in anyway at all we would truly appreciate it. Every little bit helps and means the world to us.
