About this fundraiser

My mom has always been a strong independent person. She was healthy and active. March 18,2026 she got flu B along with several other family members. By April 9,2026, she still wasn’t feeling better and decided to go To urgent care the following day to rule out pneumonia. April 10,2026 she was told she had very low blood counts and it might be a complication of the flu. By that Tuesday our whole world collapsed. She was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia. It is the most aggressive form of leukemia. She was so healthy before the flu so this was a complete shock.  We had to wait for more testing but of course that also came back with bad news as she is positive for the most aggressive subtype TP53.  The oncologist gave her a 20% chance of living through this. She is so strong. I want her to make it and we pray for her everyday.

Currently, she is on a ventilator and medicine has done all it can. She needs to do the rest. The people who know her, know she would be so upset if she knew I was putting her business out there but money is the last thing she needs to worry about. If you can donate to help her with medical bills and everything since she won’t be able to work for a long time. If you can’t donate, I completely understand. Prayers are greatly appreciated at this time. She needs all the help we can give her to get through this.
