Billie Jean was found by a passerby who found her stuck In the car driven by an unknown individual. she was left for dead and no one has come forward to claim responsibility. She has serious injuries and resulting in a broken back and neck. she is only 31 years old and may be paralyzed. No one deserves to be left for dead after being a passenger in a car with a so called friend. No didn’t even call 911 to report the accident! And hasn’t turned himself in as of yet! And the police are barely requesting information… and the family was notified by a Facebook post!
