itt is my 4yr old piebald dauchaund and Pennylope  is my 1yr old tea cup Chihuahua both of whom are rescues who came from very abusive (both mentally and physically) and neglectful background they are my children my babies but currently I am unable to afford their veterinarian expenses due to being unable to work because of health issues of my own  health issues and they need their shots and little Pennylope has some other concerning health problems that I can't afford to ignore I need help please these 2 babies are all I have  now since my husband passed away and my children are grown up and moved far away please anything helps Prayer is even more appreciated TIA
