Our friend and coworker, Brian Williams, experienced an extremely serious medical emergency last weekend which landed him in the hospital after emergency surgery to save his life. We are so grateful that he seems to be through the worst of it, but he has a long road of recovery and healing in front of him. 
Unfortunately, that long road is paved with medical bills and physical restrictions that will keep Brian from his job as the Line Cook at Piazza Restaurant for at least a few months if not half a year depending on how his body recovers from this serious trauma. 
Brian is an amazing person who has been such an asset to our business, he is extremely loyal and dependable and we are all so devastated that this burden has been placed on him. We want to lift some of that stress off so he can put his energy and focus into the healing process and get back to being a part of the Piazza family as soon as possible!
