I lost my beautiful Mom on October 29. 
She was removed from her home covered in feces and bedsores. 
The family members who swore they were taking care of her lied. They let her rot and cleaned out her pitiful bank account  that only had her monthly Social Security check in it. The evening to the hospital her debit card was used. Minutes after she was taken away in an ambulance.  ( Yes. There is an active investigation going with the Elderly Abuse Organization, the bank and the police) 

I also found out her life insurance had been cancelled and cashed in. This was done by the same family members. 
 
 I have called dozens of funeral homes hoping to find one that will allow me to have her cremated and pick up her ashes when the balance is paid. Unfortunately, most of the funerals home want the payment for cremation up front. 
I was able to find one close to home that will take payment and allow me to pick her ashes up when the balance has been paid. 
 

 I want very much to have my Mom “home”’with me. She was taken so suddenly after being in the ICU for 11 days. 
Thankfully she passed peacefully with me and her sister holding her hands. She was surrounded by love and even a bit of laughter as we reminisced.

She was cremated on the 7th and is sitting on a shelf until I can pay the balance to bring her home where her urn will reside in a place of honor. To be honest I look forward to having many conversations with her. I’m sure I will hear her answers in my heart.
