It is with heavy hearts that we share the sudden and tragic passing of Freddie Palacios Jr., who lost his life on Saturday, May 30, 2026, in a tractor accident while working as a ranch hand.
Freddie was 51 years old and was taken from us far too soon. He was a devoted husband to his wife, Juanita, for 25 years, a loving father, son, brother, uncle, and friend. He was the kind of person who could light up a room with his contagious laugh and warm spirit. Freddie had a deep passion for animals, took pride in his hard work, and was fiercely devoted to his family. If you knew Freddie, you also knew his unwavering love for the Houston Texans and the joy he found in cheering on his team.
His unexpected passing has left his family heartbroken and struggling to come to terms with a loss that no one could have prepared for. Freddie left for work that morning like he had countless times before, never imagining it would be his last day with the people he loved.
As his family navigates this unimaginable grief, they are also facing the financial burden of funeral and burial expenses. We are asking for support to help give Freddie the dignified farewell he deserves and to ease some of the stress placed on his loved ones during this difficult time.
Any contribution, no matter the amount, will be deeply appreciated. If you are unable to donate, we ask that you please share this fundraiser and keep Freddie's family in your thoughts and prayers.
Thank you for helping us honor Freddie's life, legacy, and the love he shared with so many.
With gratitude,
The Palacios Family
