In just two short weeks, my life changed forever. I lost my father, and before I had the chance to begin healing from that loss, I lost my beloved husband, Carlos.

Carlos had been living with lymphedema for the past five years. This chronic condition caused severe swelling and left him vulnerable to repeated infections. He faced every challenge with courage and determination, but his final infection became too severe, and despite his fight, he passed away.

Losing both my father and my husband so close together has been devastating. Along with the overwhelming grief, I am now facing the financial burden of funeral expenses and medical bills that have accumulated during Carlos's illness.
