Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates must be single mothers between 25 and 50 years of age
• Must currently reside in the Dallas/Fort Worth metropolitan area
• Required to submit a minimum 500-word essay describing how this scholarship would impact their journey
• Must provide a resume demonstrating employment history and work experience
• Scholarship award is $500 to cover needed expenses (multiple recipients may be selected if additional funds are raised)
