This is Kessa. He is a refugee from Africa. He lives in a family of ten. He is my 6 year old son’s very best friend. As the holiday season is coming up, I want to be able to bless kessa and his siblings with a Christmas. I was talking to kessa about his last Christmas, and what gifts he received, and I discovered that because of their struggles, they did not receive any presents. It broke my heart. I decided I would do as much as I could to make Sure these kids got their first Christmas!
 

he has 7 siblings ranging in age from 19 down to 2 years old. 
 

with how so many families in the US right now facing uncertainty with food, and housing. I know that for this family, Christmas is last on the list of things that these parents are worrying about for the kids. Although they are very hard working, and incredibly grateful just for the opportunity to live here safe and healthy. I would love to be able to bless this family with a Christmas Meal, and presents for all 8 of the kids. 
 

I know we are all struggling right now, but if there is anything at all you can donate to this family. I know they Will be so incredibly grateful. These kids are so loving and caring and playful. They’ve all adapted so wonderfully to the community. They are a joy to all of us in the neighborhood and school who has gotten to know them. They have so very little, but are always so grateful and amazed by any little I’ve been able to give them.
