It is with extreme sadness that we announce the passing of Our Mother, Sister, and Friend Alberta Chambliss AKA “Classy” (Harlem World) and “Birdie” (The Bronx). On the early morning of March 29th 2024. Alberta was a Bright Spark in this world and She will be deeply missed. She touched the lives of so many. Dear God, we ask for your guidance as we navigate this new reality without our mother. We know that you have a plan for each of us, and we trust that you will help us find our way forward with strength and resilience. We thank you in advance for your love and support during our bereavement.

I'm so glad to have known her and receive the love she poured into me and everyone around her.
