My wife and I have been thrown into buying a house before we were ready. We've been renting the same place for almost 9 years. Our landlord is getting older and has decided to retire and sell the rentals. I am 35 as well as my wife and we have to children 8 and 10. We've gotten approved and already taken care of a down payment we just have to come up with the rest of the closing costs to be able to move in. It means our family getting to stay together and safe. Our kids will get to go to a great set of schools and it is closer to work. My wife and I have been together since highschool and we've always figured out everything. but we're tapped out after going thru this whole buying process. we have about a month and a half to be out of our current place but need to get the closing costs asap. thank you for all your help and considerations.
